Dental Practice Manager – Mixed Practice Pay: £38,000-£45,000 Location: South London An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our well-established mixed dental practice. With seven modern surgeries and a highly skilled clinical and administrative team, we are looking for a confident leader to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. About the Role: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy mixed practice Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of 30 staff members Ensure compliance with CQC and health & safety regulations Manage staff rotas, HR matters, patient experience, and operational efficiency Work closely with clinicians to maintain smooth workflow and exceptional standards of careRequirements: Minimum 3 years\’ experience as a dental practice manager Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage a large team in a high-volume practice Excellent communication skills and a solution-focused approachHours and Salary: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (occasional Saturdays required) Competitive salary: £38,000-£45,000, dependent on experienceThis is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Practice Manager to join a progressive, supportive, and patient-focused dental practice.
