About the Role:

As Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing clinical practices within the home, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring that residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. You'll work closely with the Home Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to promote a safe, supportive, and dignified environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the nursing team in clinical excellence and compliance
  • Act as a role model for high-quality care delivery
  • Oversee medication management and care planning
  • Conduct audits and ensure adherence to CQC standards
  • Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities for staff

What We're Looking For:

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
  • Proven leadership or senior nursing experience (e.g. Senior Nurse, Deputy Manager)
  • Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities
