About the Role:
As Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing clinical practices within the home, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring that residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. You'll work closely with the Home Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to promote a safe, supportive, and dignified environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the nursing team in clinical excellence and compliance
- Act as a role model for high-quality care delivery
- Oversee medication management and care planning
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to CQC standards

What We're Looking For:
