Senior Carer – DaysLocation: BradfordHours: Full-time, 36-48 hours per weekShift: 8am to 8pmSalary: £12.89 per hour

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Carer to join our residential care home in Bradford. The role involves providing high-quality care for adults living with dementia, leading a small team, and ensuring residents' wellbeing in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to residents with dementia

  • Supervise and support care staff during shifts

  • Maintain accurate records and care plans

  • Promote a safe, caring, and respectful atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential and dementia care

  • Leadership skills
