About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join a supportive team in a residential care setting in Bridgnorth. You will be supporting individuals with a range of complex needs, including:
- Dementia
- Learning Disabilities / Autism
- Physical Disabilities
The successful candidate will take an active role in leading shifts, supporting less experienced staff, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (required)
- Previous experience working in residential care
- Experience supporting individuals with dementia, autism, and/or physical disabilities
