Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our dementia care team in Leamington Spa. This role offers both day and night shifts, with a competitive pay rate based on your qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3/4).

Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care to residents with dementia.

• Lead and supervise Care Assistants.

• Administer medication and monitor residents' health.

• Assist with daily living tasks and engage residents in activities.

• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care

• Experience in dementia care or working with elderly residents.

• Medication trained (or willing to complete training).

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
