We're recruiting 2 Senior Care Assistants to join our well-established residential care home in Newcastle upon Tyne, part of a respected care organisation specialising in elderly and dementia care.

Shifts:

  • Days - 8am to 8pm
  • Nights - 8pm to 8am

36 to 48 hours per week, paid breaks included

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the care team during your shift
  • Deliver safe, high-quality care tailored to residents' individual needs
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
  • Ensure smooth handovers and respond to any issues or emergencies
