Night Manager – Residential Care HomeLocation: NottinghamSalary: Β£35,185 per annumContract: Full-time, permanent (Night Shifts Only)

Are you a passionate and experienced leader in adult social care looking for your next step? We are currently recruiting for a Night Manager to join a well-respected residential care home in Nottingham, supporting individuals with Dementia, Learning Disabilities/Autism, and Mental Health Conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the night team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents overnight

  • Oversee medication administration, risk assessments, and care planning

  • Liaise with external professionals and maintain detailed records

  • Support and mentor junior staff in line with CQC standards

Requirements:? NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care ? Previous experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Manager? Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills? A full UK driving licence and access to a car (mileage paid)? Please note: This home does not offer sponsorship
