Job Title: Residential Care Home Manager Location: Suffolk area Salary: 55-65k per annum Job Type: Full Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Care Home Manager to take full operational responsibility for a charming and vibrant care home located in the Suffolk area. The home offers a warm, community-led atmosphere and provides high-quality care to elderly residents with a variety of needs, including dementia, physical disability, and sensory impairment. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver outstanding care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding a positive, person-centred culture throughout the service. You will work closely with regional support teams, families, and external stakeholders to maintain the home\’s excellent standards and strong local reputation. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the care home team. Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that meets individual needs.
