Howard-Finley Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead a well-established Nursing Home in the Denbighshire area. This home provides specialist care for elderly residents living with dementia, including EMI (Elderly Mentally Infirm) needs.
We're looking for a confident and compassionate leader with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high standards of care.
Key Requirements:
- CIW prior registration is essential.
- RMN qualification preferred; however, experienced RGNs with relevant skills in mental health and dementia care will be considered.
- Proven experience in managing or supporting operations within a nursing home setting.
- Strong knowledge of EMI care and a solid understanding of safeguarding and clinical risk.
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse is advantageous.
- Active NMC PIN registration required.
Your Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents receive outstanding care.
- Lead and motivate a dedicated care team, fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
- Maintain compliance and high clinical standards through regular audits and governance.
- Work closely with clinical leads and multidisciplinary teams to continually improve quality of life for residents.
