Home Manager (RMN Preferred / RGN Considered)Location: LlangollenJob Type: Permanent | Full-time (40 hours per week)Salary: £48,000 £50,000+ (dependent on experience)

Howard-Finley Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead a well-established Nursing Home in the Denbighshire area. This home provides specialist care for elderly residents living with dementia, including EMI (Elderly Mentally Infirm) needs.

We're looking for a confident and compassionate leader with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high standards of care.

Key Requirements:

  • CIW prior registration is essential.
  • RMN qualification preferred; however, experienced RGNs with relevant skills in mental health and dementia care will be considered.
  • Proven experience in managing or supporting operations within a nursing home setting.
  • Strong knowledge of EMI care and a solid understanding of safeguarding and clinical risk.
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse is advantageous.
  • Active NMC PIN registration required.

Your Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents receive outstanding care.
  • Lead and motivate a dedicated care team, fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Maintain compliance and high clinical standards through regular audits and governance.
  • Work closely with clinical leads and multidisciplinary teams to continually improve quality of life for residents.
