About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join a well-established nursing home in Birkenhead. You will provide high-quality care and support to elderly residents, many of whom require personal and complex care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks: washing, dressing, feeding, toileting
- Support residents with mobility and personal care needs
- Monitor residents' health and report concerns
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect at all times
