Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new activities coordinator to work within our client's nursing home in Radlett.

Activities coordinator vacancy details:

Activities coordinator main duties:

  • Responsibilities (Dementia Care Focus):
  • Plan and lead meaningful activities tailored to residents living with dementia
  • Promote engagement, memory stimulation, and emotional wellbeing through creative sessions
  • Support social interaction and independence with one-to-one and group activities
  • Organise themed events, reminiscence therapy, and sensory-based experiences
  • Maintain clear records and contribute to person-centred care plans
  • Ensure all activities are safe, inclusive, and dementia-appropriate
