We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Home Manager to lead a well‑established residential service in Worksop. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for delivering outstanding, person‑centred care.
Key Requirements
- Holds, or is currently working towards, Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management
- Experience as a Registered Manager (preferred)
- Substantial management experience within residential or nursing services
- Strong knowledge and experience of MCA/DoLS compliance
- Highly organised, proactive and committed to person‑centred care
- Car driver
- Must provide a full employment history with dates (CQC requirement)
