Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new Care Assistant to work within our client's beautiful Victorian Residential home in Westerham.

Care Assistant vacancy details:

  • £13.00 per hour
  • OT rate £3 extra
  • 24 to 36 hours per week available
  • 8pm - 8am
  • 8am - 8pm
  • Day shifts
  • Night shifts
  • Alternate weekend shifts

Care Assistant main duties:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents
  • Supporting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility
  • Assisting with meal times and ensuring residents are comfortable
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and promoting well-being
  • Maintaining accurate care records and ensuring a safe environment
