We are a well established dental practice in the Milton Keynes area, seeking a dedicated Administrator /Treatment Coordinator to join our professional team. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Handle phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and email correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate treatment plans, explain procedures, and provide patients with detailed information on available services.
- Manage patient records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Process payments, including private patient billing and financing options.
- Maintain the reception area to a high standard, reflecting the practice\’s private and professional setting.
