Senior Healthcare Assistant (Domiciliary Care) - Reading
My client is currently recruiting for a Senior Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join their team providing high-quality care to elderly clients in the community.
Position: Senior HCA (Domiciliary Care)
Location: Reading
Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Shifts: 6am - 2pm / 3pm - 10pm (must be flexible for both)
Requirement: Female applicants only
Driver: Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car
Specialism: Elderly care
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering person-centred care and support to elderly clients in their own homes
- Supporting with personal care, medication, meals, and companionship
- Leading and supporting care staff during shifts
- Ensuring a safe and dignified service at all times
What We\'re Looking For
- Previous experience in care (domiciliary or elderly care preferred)
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and flexible approach
