We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our team on a full-time contract.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example - supporting, mentoring, and supervising Care Assistants
  • Administer medication - ensuring correct procedures are followed (training provided if required)
  • Monitor residents' well-being - identifying any changes and reporting to senior management
  • Liaise with families and healthcare professionals - ensuring person-centred care plans are followed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment - ensuring compliance with regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in elderly care (essential)
  • Experience in a senior care assistant or leadership role (preferred)
  • A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work full-time shifts (8am - 9pm)
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential)
