A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse‑Qualified Home Manager to join a well‑established nursing home in the Leamington Spa area. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high‑quality care and driving positive outcomes for residents.
About the Role
As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical, operational and person‑centred care. This is a hands‑on leadership role. In smaller homes, the Home Manager is expected to work an 8am-2pm nursing shift on the floor every Friday, followed by office hours from 2pm-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong clinical and operational leadership to the staff team
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments and clinical governance
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training and performance
- Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families and external professionals

Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with an active NMC pin
