Registered Manager - Learning Disability & Autism Service
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year + bonus structure
Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a small residential home supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care in a warm, supportive environment.
You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, supporting staff development, and maintaining a safe, positive home for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of a small residential service

Requirements
