We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a small residential home supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care in a warm, supportive environment.
You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, supporting staff development, and maintaining a safe, positive home for residents.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily running of a small residential service
- Lead, support and develop a dedicated care team
- Ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance
- Manage staffing, rotas, training and supervision
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals
- Maintain accurate records, care plans and audits
- Promote a positive, empowering environment for residents
- Holds, or currently working towards, Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management (essential)
- Previous experience managing or supervising within a Learning Disability/Autism setting
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering person‑centred care
