Night Manager – Residential Care Home
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £35,185 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent (Night Shifts Only)
Are you a passionate and experienced leader in adult social care looking for your next step? We are currently recruiting for a Night Manager to join a well-respected residential care home in Nottingham, supporting individuals with Dementia, Learning Disabilities/Autism, and Mental Health Conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the night team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents overnight
Oversee medication administration, risk assessments, and care planning
Liaise with external professionals and maintain detailed records
Support and mentor junior staff in line with CQC standards
Requirements:
? NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care
? Previous experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Manager
? Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
? A full UK driving licence and access to a car (mileage paid)
