We\'re seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead Church View, a 43-bed residential care home in Bishop Auckland. The home supports older adults with dementia, mental health, physical disabilities, and complex needs.


About the Home

Church View offers permanent and respite care to 43 residents with conditions such as dementia (mild to moderate), mental health issues, sensory impairments, stroke, Parkinson\'s, COPD, acquired brain injury, bariatric care, and end-of-life support. Residents enjoy a caring team and homely environment with activities.


The Role

You\'ll manage day-to-day operations, lead staff, ensure CQC compliance, and provide high-quality care. This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with residents, families, and professionals.
