We’re looking for a nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN) Home Manager to lead a well-established, purpose-built care home in Birmingham. This 58-bed service provides residential, nursing, and dementia care, including support for younger adults and a range of complex needs.
About the Home
Set in six acres of landscaped gardens, this care village combines peaceful surroundings with city convenience. Rooms are spacious and modern. The home has been part of the local community for 20+ years and supports:
- Residential & nursing care
- Dementia (mild to advanced)
- Palliative/end-of-life
- Physical disability, ABI, stroke, Parkinson’s, COPD, bariatric care
- Day and convalescent care
Hours & Package
- 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, 37.5 hours/week (flexible if needed)
- Weekend on-call (rota with management)
- Salary: £50,000 + bonus up to £20,500 per year
- Support from lead nurse, admin assistant, and on-site HR, finance, and sales teams
What You\’ll Do
- Oversee daily running of the service
- Manage rotas, care plans, admissions, and risk assessments
- Lead and support staff
- Liaise with professionals and families
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards
What We\’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – active NMC pin required
