We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established 50-bedded residential home in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong and compassionate leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations.

You will be responsible for driving standards, leading your team effectively, maintaining occupancy, and ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, and responsive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register with CQC as the Home Manager and maintain full regulatory compliance
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care
  • Ensure the service meets all CQC standards (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, Well-led)
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
