Your Role:

  • Lead and support the night care team to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Administer medication and complete care documentation accurately.
  • Provide emotional and physical support to residents, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and liaise with healthcare professionals when necessary.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and homely environment for all residents.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant role (or similar) within a residential or dementia care setting.
  • A Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care - or willingness to work towards it.
  • Experience administering medication.
  • A kind, patient, and compassionate nature with a passion for elderly care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
