We are recruiting two experienced Team Leaders to join a well-established Dementia Residential Care service in London SE6. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high‐quality, person‐centred care and supporting a dedicated staff team.
- 1 x Day Team Leader
- 1 x Night Team Leader
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting the care team on shift
- Ensuring high standards of dementia‐focused, person‐centred care
- Overseeing medication administration and care documentation
- Supporting new staff and promoting best practice
- Ensuring smooth running of the service and excellent communication

- Experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader in residential or dementia care
