About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and operational performance of the home. You will ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with CQC standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
- Provide strong leadership, coaching and support to the staff team
- Oversee care planning, risk management and safeguarding processes
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals
- Manage budgets, staffing levels and resources effectively

Requirements
