We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join specialist residential services in Farnborough and Camberley. Full-time opportunities are available (40 hours per week) for Senior and Support Worker roles, with separate day and night shifts available.

    • Senior Support Worker (Female) - 2 positions - Lead and support staff during shifts, care planning, and delivering high-quality care
    • Support Worker (Night Shift, Female) - 1 position - Provide compassionate care to service users during night hours
  • Camberley:
    • Senior Support Worker (Female) - 1 position - £12.87 per hour
    • Support Worker (Day Shift) - 1 position - Full-time, 40 hours
    • Support Worker (Night Shift) - 1 position - Full-time, 40 hours

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver person-centred care to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, or Mental Health needs
  • Manage challenging behaviours, including suicidal tendencies
  • Support daily living, care planning, and documentation
  • Lead and mentor staff during shifts (Senior roles)
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Learning Disability, Autism, and/or Mental Health care
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviours safely and compassionately
  • Strong communication and leadership skills (for Senior roles)

Hours & Pay:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Day and night shifts separate - you are not required to work both
  • Competitive pay: Senior SW £12.87+ per hour (Camberley), other rates discussed at interview
