About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead and support our busy dental team in Cannock. This is a full‑time role offering the opportunity to drive practice performance, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain excellent patient care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the dental practice, ensuring compliance with CQC, HTM 01-05, and all regulatory standards.
- Manage and support the dental team, including recruitment, training, and appraisals.
- Implement and monitor practice policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
- Manage finances including budgets, payroll, and reporting.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care and customer service.
- Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the practice.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager (essential).
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
