We are seeking an experienced Head of Care to join our residential home specialising in elderly and dementia care.
Role Overview: The Head of Care will support the Home Manager in delivering safe, compliant, and person‑centred care. This role involves leading the care team, overseeing medication management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive, supportive culture within the home.
Key Requirements:
- Senior/Team Leader experience in dementia care
- NVQ Level 3 minimum (Leadership & Management Level 5 desirable)
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, MCA, DoLS/LPS
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Compassionate and committed to high‑quality care
Contract: Full‑time, residential care setting
