About the Role
Are you a dedicated and experienced carer or senior carer looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Care Leader to join our compassionate team in a residential care home that specialises in providing high-quality support for elderly individuals, including those living with dementia.
In this role, you will lead a small team to deliver person-centred care, helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and comfort. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure care plans are effectively implemented and regularly reviewed, while supporting and developing your team to deliver the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of carers to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care
- Monitor and assess residents' needs, updating care plans accordingly
