We are recruiting two experienced Team Leaders to join a well-established Dementia Residential Care service in London SE6. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care and supporting a dedicated staff team.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting the care team on shift
