Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Commercial Director.
- The day-to-day running of the site ensuring all procedures and processes are carried out in a safe and cost-efficient manner.
- Co-ordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
- Carrying out daily toolbox talks.
- Liaising with the Works Manager to align delivery with site requirements.
- Providing accurate setting-out information to the design office.
- Planning labour requirements in accordance with deliveries and site conditions.
- Attending site meetings with the main contractor and architects.
- Co-ordinating the booking in of deliveries.
- Organising the hiring, delivery/collection of plant as required.
- Completing installations to be defect and snag free.
- Weekend/night working may be required occasionally on certain projects.
Qualifications
- Good computing skills including MS Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Possession of a valid CSCS card.
- Certified First Aider or willingness to be trained.
