This isn’t a role for someone who wants a seat on a moving train; it’s for the person who wants to lay the tracks. As the Product Sales Lead, you will take this product from zero to its first meaningful revenue milestone. You’ll own the customer acquisition cycle end-to-end, building the sales playbook as you go.
The Mission- Customer Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle - from cold prospecting and discovery through to closing early-adopter customers.
- Strategic Discovery: Lead commercial conversations with finance leaders and founders to articulate the value of a new way to handle FX risk.
- Product Evolution: Feed real-world customer insights back into the product and pricing teams to define what "good" looks like for the roadmap.
- Commercial Voice: Act as the internal commercial authority for the product as it scales, maintaining pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene.
- You have a proven track record of owning and closing B2B sales cycles, specifically within fintech, treasury, or payments.
- You thrive and are excited by the challenge of operating without a mature sales structure.
- You possess a solid grasp of FX risk, cashflow timing, and revenue predictability (or the rare ability to master these concepts at high speed).
- You are confident selling to CFOs, Finance Directors, Managers and Controllers, delivering sharp, concise discovery sessions and live demos.
- Impact: You are the first dedicated commercial hire for a new revenue line within a high-growth, regulated environment.
- Culture: A "0→1" environment that rewards accountability, ownership, and a self-starter mindset.
