This is a new role for an Engineering Team Leader at our Wellingborough flour mill. In this position you will play a key role in providing hands-on engineering expertise whilst leading a small team of engineers. This role will be split between being office based, dealing with the CMMS systems and conducting both planned and reactive maintenance of the flour mill’s machinery. Health & safety is vital in all working environments, and the food industry is no different. As the engineering team leader, driving high standards and sticking to H&S protocol is a key part of the role.
The Key Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline
- Previous experience leading a small team of engineers (Lead engineer, senior engineer, engineering team leader, maintenance manager etc)
- History of working within a food, FMCG or industrial manufacturing environment
