Location: Watnall, Nottingham
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days and nights (6am to 6pm & 6pm to 6am)
As our next Production Front Line Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving the delivery of the right quality of product in full and on time. Your remit will be to ensure our people are managed effectively and are safe at work while delivering great standards.
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be resilient, have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and be adaptable. Working with a team of individuals responsible for achieving KPIs and completing orders, your role is to continuously improve metrics on waste and yield, ensure processes are followed, and ensure the safety of our product and our people.
You’re not the type to be afraid of a challenge. In this role, you will be constantly developing and working towards new solutions and continuous improvement initiatives. As a Production Front Line Manager, you will thrive on making a difference and changing culture.
The Key Requirements:
- People management experience
- Proven Resilience
- Experience of having worked in a fast-moving environment; ideally food, warehouse, pharma, packaging etc
- Good IT skills
- Confident communicator
- Ideally some continuous improvement experience
