As our next Process Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the team to work collaboratively across all functions to influence and upskill all colleagues. Your remit will be to ensure that the quality of the product is to a high standard to reduce customer complaints.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a huge food enthusiast with an attention to detail! Working with a wider manufacturing team, you will be responsible for managing and developing process controls relating to specifications. You will also be required to successfully implement new product launches on-site and share best practices for product improvement with the site.
You are not the type to lack organisational skills and process focus. This isn't your average 9-5, as no two days are alike. In this role, you will coach and influence people to ensure a high standard of product quality and have the opportunity to drive change sitting on the site SLT.

The Key Requirements...
- Educated to degree level with a food specialism or equivalent (or has relevant work experience)
- 3-5 years of Quality experience within a Bakery/Food Manufacturer.
