Key Activities

  • Daily Filing of all process paperwork
  • Understand drivers in yield and waste on PRDEXT
  • Agree daily transfer/input of manufactured goods into System21
  • Maintain and prepare waste reports
  • Send out daily headcount reconciliation and labour reports in line with budgeted requirement
  • Develop & build ways of capturing production data and deliver to the SLT
  • Communicate production errors/concerns to management
  • Process all inputs & reconciliations for timely completion of reporting and stock taking
  • Generate production reports for management and operations
  • Use methods to analyse data and generate useful business reports
  • Evaluate issues, analyse root causes and develop tools/solution
  • Raising purchase orders for all departments
  • GRNS of purchase orders
  • Invoice queries from accounts
  • Courier booking and reconciliation
  • Organising and processing charity bread donations
  • Issue/Re-issue of Key Worker / ID cards
  • Signing in site visitors and contacting relevant site contact, escorting visitors to allocated meeting room/Waiting area
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the working environment, following cleaning best practice procedure.
  • Participate in customer visits and audits as required.
  • Daily headcount and labour reconciliation

  • Ensures accurate recording of data
  • Remain vigilant and report any quality issues immediately to a member of the management team.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to hygiene standards in the workplace.
  • Use knowledge and experience to anticipate and solve problems within a reasonable scope.
  • Always Work safely; adhere to all health and safety instructions and procedures, work instructions and procedures.
  • Take personal responsibility for absolute compliance to Personal Protective Equipment requirements.
  • Report any health and safety risks, or potential hazards immediately to a member of the management team.
  • Ensure regular communications with the team to encourage a collaborative and positive working relationships
  • To carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by the management team to support the operational needs of the business.
