Job Title Reliability Engineer (Electrical Bias) | Location Glasgow

Shifts – Monday to Friday, dayshift

As an Asset Care Technician, you are someone who thrives on relishing and enjoying the challenges of maintaining assets within the plant. Your remit would be to ensure the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment. The purpose of this role is to prevent plant breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. The crux of this role is being proactive in maintenance techniques and responding to site electrical breakdowns promptly.

You\’re not the type to shy away from challenges and this role isn\’t for someone who isn\’t interested in hands-on maintenance work. What\’s important to you is contributing to long-term asset care strategies and ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment.

To excel in this role, you\’ll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong electrical diagnostic skills. This role requires an individual who is dedicated to the maintenance of assets and invested in long-term reliability initiatives. For this role, we\’re really keen to bring in someone who is enthusiastic about plant maintenance and has a strong work ethic.

The Key Requirements…

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment
  • Able to demonstrate a strong work ethic
