As our next Head Baker, you will be instrumental in driving the team to work collaboratively across all functions to influence and upskill all colleagues. Your remit will be to ensure that the quality of the product is to a high standard to reduce customer complaints.

As a Head Baker, you are a huge food enthusiast with an attention to detail, and you would relish the opportunity to see your products on the shelves of some of the major retailers UK-wide. Your remit would be to ensure that the quality of the product is to a high standard to reduce customer complaints.
Educated to degree level with a food specialism or equivalent (or has relevant work experience).
