Location: Nottingham (Watnall) with support to Golborne and Wellingborough
Shift pattern: Full Time (onsite) with working hours to fit around you; whether that’s 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm!
As our next in-house Occupational Health Advisor, you will have a real enthusiasm for all things Occupational Health. You will be passionate about wellbeing and will enjoy building strong relationships with all colleagues; bringing a positive, encouraging and people-centric approach to your work.
You will love being a health and wellbeing ambassador within the business whilst proactively leading and supporting across all aspects of Occupational Health. You will be an expert in time management, driven to achieve targets and will not shy away from managing sometimes complex situations within a fast-paced environment.
A big part of your role will be to work closely with the wider occupational health and site-based teams. You will be the stand-alone Occupational Health Advisor at the site and will thrive within an environment where working autonomously is key.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage all aspects of our Health Surveillance programme and Case Management across the site alongside wellbeing initiatives. You will proactively support the business in all aspects of Occupational Health at the site.
The Key Requirements...
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with ideally an Occupational Health Qualification (Certificate, Diploma or Degree level) and/or at least 2 years Occupational Health experience within a fast-paced environment
- An ability to work autonomously whilst building relationships with a wider team
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent time management skills
