As an Asset Care Technician/Technical Operator, you are someone who enjoys the challenges of maintaining assets within the plant. Your remit would be to ensure the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment. The purpose of this role is to prevent plant breakdowns through planned maintenance and ensure optimal performance.
You’re not the type to shy away from challenges and this role isn’t for someone who isn’t interested in hands-on maintenance work. What’s important to you is contributing to long-term asset care strategies and ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment.
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be proactive, utilising CBM collection tools and possess strong analytical skills. This role requires the individual to work collaboratively and support the reliability team.
The Key Requirements:
- 2 – 5 Years experience working in a manufacturing plant
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Engineering Maintenance
- Completed a recognised Engineering Apprenticeship
- Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
