As our next Maintenance Manager, you need to be confident and assertive. In this role, you will be required to make quick, on-the-spot decisions. This is where you will be given the responsibility to deliver results within the maintenance department. To excel in this role, you will need to be confident and able to manage and lead a team of maintenance engineers and ideally have experience reporting into a senior member of the Engineering department as your remit will be to be the key link between the engineers and senior management team.

Working with a team of skilled engineers, you will oversee maintenance operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring production downtime and plant reliability are managed effectively. You will be positive when it comes to site maintenance activities. As part of your role, you would be the connection between the engineers and senior management team; this role will suit someone who is looking to thrive, progress and develop further within a forward-thinking business.

The Key Requirements:

  • Qualified to at least level 3 within electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Experience working as a Maintenance Manager within a Food/FMCG, or an industrial manufacturing environment
