Job Title Maintenance Manager | Location (G31 1LL)
So what’s it all about?
As our next Maintenance Manager, you need to be confident and assertive. In this role, you will be required to make quick, on-the-spot decisions. This is where you will be given the responsibility to deliver results within the maintenance department.
To excel in this role, you will be comfortable and experienced managing a team of maintenance engineers and have experience reporting into the Site Engineering Manager as your remit will be the link between the engineers and senior management team.
Working with a team of engineers, you will oversee maintenance operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring production downtime and plant reliability are managed effectively.
As a Maintenance Manager, and you will thrive on being the decision maker in a large number of maintenance activities. Your remit would be the connection between the engineers and senior management team.
The Key Requirements…
- Qualified to at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent within electrical or mechanical engineering
- Experience working as a Maintenance Manager within a Food or FMCG environment
- Experience managing multi disciplined engineering teams and performance KPIs
