As our next Maintenance Manager, you need to be confident and assertive. In this role, you will be required to make quick, on-the-spot decisions. This is where you will be given the responsibility to deliver results within the maintenance department. To excel in this role, you will be comfortable and experienced managing a team of maintenance engineers and have experience reporting into the Site Engineering Manager as your remit will be the link between the engineers and senior management team. Working with a team of engineers, you will oversee maintenance operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring production downtime and plant reliability are managed effectively. As a Maintenance Manager, and you will thrive on being the decision maker in a large number of maintenance activities. Your remit would be the connection between the engineers and senior management team.
