As our next HR and Manufacturing Administrator, you’ll combine HR administration and payroll with critical manufacturing reporting and data management to keep our operations running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing for our shift-based workforce, including overtime and allowances, while maintaining employee records in SAP. You’ll also manage time and attendance data and support HR compliance and documentation across the employee lifecycle.

Alongside HR and payroll, you’ll play a key part in manufacturing administration — maintaining agency portals, tracking production reports, monitoring raw material usage, and preparing essential operational and finance reports. From OEE and inventory data to supply chain reporting, your attention to detail will help drive efficiency across the plant.

The Key Requirements:

  • Experience using SAP
  • Experience within a manufacturing/factory environment (advantageous)
  • Experience in payroll (advantageous)
  • Advanced Excel skills – Vlookup and Pivot Tables
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data
