As our next Reliability Lead, you will be open minded, decisive and forward thinking, due to the nature of the fast-paced environment you will be working in. Working alongside skilled engineers, you will be responsible for not only leading the improvement and reliability of the onsite machinery, but you'll be an essential part of the engineering leadership team.
The remit of the Reliability Lead will be to improve PPM's, reduce breakdowns, minimise downtime and improving overall asset performance and availability. You will also be heavily involved with analysing machinery, optimising maintenance strategies and implementing a continuous improvement mindset on site.
The Key Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Previous experience within a reliability role
- Green/ Yellow belt LEAN manufacturing processes
- Leadership experience, whether in a senior engineer, lead engineer or similar position
