As our next Reliability Lead at our busy Forest Gate factory, you will be decisive and forward-thinking in your approach due to the nature of the fast-paced environment you will be working in.
Working alongside skilled engineers, you will be responsible for leading the improvement and reliability of the onsite machinery and will be an essential part of the engineering leadership team. The remit of the Reliability Lead will be to improve PPM’s, reduce breakdowns, minimise downtime, and improve overall asset performance and availability. You will also be heavily involved with analysing machinery, optimising maintenance strategies, and implementing a continuous improvement mindset on site.
The Key Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Green/Yellow belt LEAN manufacturing processes
- Previous experience in a leadership or reliability role
