The Role
We're looking for Hygiene Operatives to join our bakery team, helping maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety across our production site. Working as part of our Hygiene team, you'll clean production equipment and factory areas to ensure they're ready for the next production run. This is an important role that helps us produce safe, high-quality bakery products every day.
Shift Patterns:
- Sunday to Wednesday 8:00am to 8:00pm 48 hrs per week
- Thursday to Saturday 8:00am to 8:00pm 36 hours per week
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning production lines, machinery and factory areas
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely (full training provided)
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Completing cleaning records and checks
- Reporting any equipment or hygiene issues
- Working as part of a team to maintain high standards across the site
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning, hygiene, warehouse or factory experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable with good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Happy working as part of a team
