Location: Belfast Bakery (BT12 6LP)
Shifts: 10 day working fortnight on average 9.5 hours per day.
As our next HGV Sales Driver, you will be instrumental in safely delivering bakery products to customers. Your remit will include managing customer relationships and orders, loading orders onto lorries, conducting stock reconciliation, merchandising, and maximising customer sales. Trust is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for the delivery of our bakery products to our customers.
To excel in this role, you will need to be reliable, have good communication skills, and be flexible. Accountability is key as you work to a tight schedule and interact directly with our customers. This role requires the person to build relationships with our customers and sell our award-winning products. You will be well paid and offered opportunities for development.
This role requires an individual who is motivated by building good relationships and interacting with others. As a Van Sales Driver, you are reliable, have good communication skills, and are flexible. You would thrive on the chance to interact with our customers and be excited by the opportunities presented.
The Key Requirements:
- C1/C Driving License
- CPC Card
- Tachograph Card
- Experience within FMCG or fast-moving goods distribution environment with some driving experience.
- Knowledge of products and customer requirements, along with proven ability to build relationships with customers.
