Shift Pattern: Sunday to Tuesday, every other Wednesday. 6:00am to 6:00pm
As our next Baker, you will be reliable, passionate and dedicated whilst taking real pride in your work. You will be eager to learn and looking for your next role within a business that invests time and effort into their people. You will be trained to the highest standards allowing you to excel in your role whilst taking the next exciting step in your career.
As a Baker, quality will be at the forefront of everything you do to help us create excellent bread products much loved by the nation. You will be working on machinery within our bread factories, baking high-quality products that exceed our customer expectations, as well as achieving our production and service targets.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be flexible and have the ability to work well within a team.
The Key Requirements:

- Experience gained within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment (ideally manufacturing or FMCG but not essential).
